I agree. But since the scanner doesn't agree, give it a haircut... little of the top and sides.

They didn't mention a cropping issue. I wonder if the screener does not like your depth of field and wanted to see the rails in front of the loco to be in focus. I don't know what else it could be their gripe.

This looks like a case where telephoto compression doesn't work very well. The wavy rails foreground are interesting, but also distracting. I'd go for a shorter lens, and maybe positioning more to the right to show more of the train. I'm not sure what a "beer train" is here.

Leave the right side alone, or if you can add a little to the right (assuming the image submitted is cropped already) and take as much off the top a you can.
