Default Cropping help

Hi all, i had this pic rejected for bad cropping, then i cropped in closer from all sides and it was rejected again for bad cropping, any thoughts how to crop it next?

Hmm, I am at a loss. I like the original, maybe minus just a bit on the right, getting rid of the wall barrier, and maybe a smidge off the top. But I think the story here is the high mountain wall at the back, the town at its base, and the train heading for that. So I'm not sure what else to suggest.

Or maybe make it into more of a vertical. The problem is that the image is going to end up squarish and RP is not a big fan of that.

I'm in agreement with JRMDC on this the first one definitely tells a story of the train heading into a town cropping it tightly as in the second you lose that story that was conveyed so well with the original. My only suggestion would be to crop it equally around all edges till the concrete blocks in the bottom left corner are out of the picture.
