Now if Cannon can get the camera working it would make for some great advertising

My Compact Flash card once beat up a friend's Secure Digital card. Now, I can't bring my CF card within 500 yards of any SD card.

I found out about this deal when Chase put it on FB yesterday. I use the T1i (updated variant of XS body) and the Sandisk extreme 16 GB. At least if I ever drop my camera in the ocean I can rest assured that the images on the card will be fine.
