Default NY skyline building curiosity

I am curious about the bent building in the middle of the photo(I am assuming...). I had one in Cleveland like that and could never figure it out. I did look quickly on online to see another photo but only found this one quick so guessing this is pretty strong crop at 62mm.

American Copper Buildings. The skybridge has a pool, hot tub, and bar.

Kind of reminds me of the two skyscrapers taped together in the movie "Idiocracy".

Pretty funny movie - never heard of it before viewing. Could be non-fiction, time will tell.

Mitch, that is funny, spot on as they say.
I did have the humorous thought that the sky bridge is actually holding them up.

I don't think a skyline of like examples would be very appealing??

Some might think that such buildings are "cutting edge".

Others consider such buildings "eyesores"!
[Same goes for the weird buildings in London and Barcelona]
