Time to post some pics in this topic here because i really like the pics i've made on sunday...
I especially like the pics of the ICE 1 and the ICE 3 because this time the trains weren't that dirty as the ones in the other shots and the light was so much better, have a look:

You had daylight! WOW!

In the Netherlands there has been a fog you won't believe! At times I could not even see the top of the church tower. Total waste for photography. Makes everything unsharp and that's a bloody shame.

Today I saw 4 rare trains! Only two I could make a picture of because the fog briefly turned away. The other was a total waste.

I did get one succesful fog shot, but it was rejected for having something blocking the view. I actually liked that one best of all pictures made! Most of the background was faded away, I mean completely grey! All that ugly industrial area around the station was completely gone! GREAT SHOT

Alright here's some of mine.

First up is the number one slot of my 74 pics. NW 1218 2-6-6-4.

These two show why I like curves and zoom lenses.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=19944

This one I like just because of the way the colors really stand out on the lead. I shot it on 200ASA Elitechrome. A 11X14 print pulled from this slide is in my living room.

These last two are one that I thought wouldn't do too well or should have done better. First one I thought might get 20 or so views if it got accepted at all the main reason that I loaded it was that it is one of the few decent shots I have from when I used to live near the Clinchfield RR. But to my suprise it is #8 out of 74.

Next is one that I liked and expected to do better but didn't. I liked the shot on the bridge and that it was a C44-6W.

Of course I like all my shots for one reason or another. And I really like the opportunity to be able to view pics from other photographers.

Take care all

Some of my favorite shots.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=25003 -- At first, I didn't like this one but then I looked at it closer and really liked how it all came together with the train in the background activating the crossing signal.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=28363 -- This is one of my first railfan shots, done with 23 mm lens and B/W film.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=32380 -- I like this shot because it's a relatively rare occurence.

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=35535 -- My favorite night shot

And Finally...

http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=45729 -- This is a favorite because I'm quite partial to the University of Kentucky

Hope y'all enjoy!
