Default Rotated Photos

I seem to recall that this issue was brought up sometime ago. I don't recall if anyone had an explanation but now it's happened to me, so I thought I solicit opinions.

This rejected shot (I've given up on submitting it) has a slight, perhaps 1/2 degree rotation counterclockwise. It's not that way with the file I sumitted.

The attachment is the same image and I swear there was no rotating done to it.

Ideas or comments?

One a side note, what is meant by "not enough color depth" and is that the problem, or too much saturation?
