Hi all, need some help with this one. It was rejected for bad color and contrast, the only thing that i normally do with the color on all my pics is use the Levels sliders, Im using photoshop elements. Any ideas how to fix this one?

To me and i bin hit for this to as of late, your shot is flat or needs contrast, the colors may pop as you add some contrast.

Lots of ways to do things in PS Elements, this is just the first one that came to mind. Try Enhance / Adjust Color / Color Variations and choose to decrease red. The sky goes from purplish to bluish and in general it looks better. Play around with the Adjust Color Intensity slider.

In addition try Enhance / Adjust Lighting / Brightness/Contrast, and bump both up, I did +5 brightness and +10 contrast but I really didn't spend any time looking for the best combination, or for that matter for the best color correction.

All this assuming your PS Elements works about the same as my PSE 3.
