Might be too centered for RP - consider bringing the subject (the engine) a little lower in the scene. Not easy with the sky you have to work with.

Looks a bit hazy too - check the contrast, while you're at it.

You could also shift to the right, depending on how much image you have on the left side.

All a matter of taste I guess, lol. My suggestion was going to be to move the loco to the left placing the signal upright closer to the edge, and cropping out some of the blah sky using the signals as fill to avoid the center weighted balance rejection. If you have a frame or two later, that would be even better IMO.

after getting nabbed for "cloudy day shot" i appealed and to my extreme surprise it got on :P
