Question Couple more puzzling rejections

http://www.railpictures.net/viewreject.php?id=105168
Photo simular to previously accepted photo. Funny thing is I've never taken a shot like that. I appealed it and it was still rejected....No comments. I haven't found anything simular.

Bad Angle....I didn't think it was too bad for the locomotive it was.

Bad motive...I tried to get the turntable with the old steamer.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!!!

If that's the case, then appeal it.

You should also appeal this one. Honestly, what's wrong with a photo of a locomotive brake stand? You always see photos showing the throttle and everything, but never any of the brake stand.

Thanks for the advice. Is it bad to appeal twice if they didn't give any reason for rejecting the appeal?

It's not your fault an explanation was not given. Even on appeal a reason should be given if the appeal is rejected. If it's being rejected for other reasons you need to know that. There is a space provided for the screener to use to help rationalize the rejection or approval. Either re-appeal or reply to the rejected appeal email and ask for further explanation. If you re-appeal be sure to note why you are doing so.

I agree with Caleb on the in cab shot of the Baldwin. Appeal that shot also.

The last shot I'd just let go. Perhaps you can get a better shot of this turntable in the future.

While the first shot of the NS motor may not be simular, it does appear to be rather unlevel. Try rotating to the right a couple of degree's, recrop and see what that looks like.

I rejected the second shot (control stand) . While I agree that motor is rare by todays standards, a front shot of the stand that shows more of the controls and such would be much more appealng (at least to most people). The shot as you have it only shows the back side of control and brake stand and just doesn't have much "punch". I did find it most interesting that a switcher would have a 24RL automatic brake. Most switchers of that era had a H6 or 14 type brake..that is most odd.

The third shot has way to much dead space around the turn table. While it does have some artistic mertit, its really not what we are looking for.

The above are my own personal opinions, and are offered only as such.
