Might have hit the wrong button. Looks to be "over-processed" to my eyes.

Something is definitely wrong with it...if not blurry, then overprocessed like Jim said. It looks "chunky" to me.

Looks overprocessed (used too much shadow/highlight tool), noisy and actually oversharpened to me.

Steven,

Are the CPL's st Terra Alta being taken down this week as part of the Rowlesburg signal suspension project?

I'm seeing the same thing.

Chase i didn't see anything saying they were coming down the only place i saw the CPL's were getting replaced were the ones at M&K and Macmillan in Rowlesburg.

Looks like too much noise removal based on the painted look.

And don't forget the Bad Info. But there's something not right with the shot. Looks like the lighting was sub par and to "fix" that you went crazy with the shadows and highlights. Being that it's a wedgie of common power with less than ideal lighting (yeah, I know, it was snowing) I'd let it go for RP purposes.

This is why God created Flickr.

To my eyes, it seems that it is blurry and oversharp. Look at the 12’s; they’re not sharp. However, I do agree with the others on the overprocessing.

Looks like you simply cranked up the contrast - bad idea. Try turning up the blacks, either in the CameraRaw window or using the darks slider in the Levels window. Perhaps bring up the highlights a bit too. It'll give the photo better contrast per se without affecting the mid-tones and, frankly, making them look like crap (as they do in the first link you posted). That's one of my big rules - never touch the contrast slider! Otherwise the shot should be perfectly savable...

I didn't mess with the Contrast i just kept bringing up the Sharpness, i did use the shadows tool a little bit but if you thing i used it alot because of how bright the side of the cab looks the paint is extremely faded on that side.
