Default Bad contrast

Hello got this bounced for bad contrast any help on which way to go or if it's not worth retrying

I echo nikos1, it is a great scene. If the train was traveling in the opposite direction (coming out of the fog) it would be a stunning shot. But, "C'est la vie".
My eye tends to wander to the bright boats in lower left corner. I gave it a quick run thru PS, tried to tone down the boats, and tried to enhance the locos. Just my two cents...

For future reference, either crop out or clone out those boat masts at the bottom of the frame before submitting.
