Default Potomac Eagle Photo Charter

http://www.potomaceagle.info/2013charter.html

Anyone from RP planning to attend? This will be my first charter, so I'm looking forward to meeting some 'online' familiar faces. I'll be the big tall guy.

I'll be there. 50s, bald, glasses, I'm really going to stick out in this crowd!

But Travis put a picture of me onto RP ... or see my FB page.

I am going also. I will help you blend in since I am in the 50's. In fact the excursion is one day before I age another year. Still got hair though, and need glasses for reading.

I will probably be the only one using Pentax equipment. Please don't hold it against me. If I remember I will wear my Norfolk Southern hat.

Coming down from Pittsburgh Friday. I hope to catch the Western Maryland SD-40's of the GCRR on my way. Does anyone know where the best chance to catch them would be? You can PM me if you would like or reply here.

Hope we get to see some bald eagles and some nice weather. I look forward to meeting some fellow RP'ers.

I sent you a PM, but I can say on here that you'll not be catching them unless you rent a plane and do a flyover.

Carl, my first camera (of my own) was a Pentax MX, so I am a friendly! As for the hat, if it is warm enough I will be wearing my "Pittsburgh City of Champions" cap from 2009 when the Steelers and Pens were both champs. I think you will approve ...

I hope everyone enjoyed their stay at the Potomac Eagle along the South Branch Valley Railroad on Saturday. It was a pleasure seeing many familiar faces from the website and matching some faces with familiar names. I've created an album containing the posted photos from Saturday's event below.

Experience the 1950's along the South Branch Valley Photo Album
