Question How to crop?

Rejected for bad cropping, any ideas?

It looks to me like it has too much sky and not enough ground but maybe somebody else has a few suggestions.

As the picture is right now, there is too much clutter in the background. I figured it was a yard or service area, but such a tight crop makes the photo confusing.

Also, it there a slant to the trackage? Unless you have a drastically different original, this may be best left for your personal collection.
