Default Digital manipulations.. check this out..

Alright.. here is something that you could try, it may help you to get to know your digital imaging programs.. photoshop.. photopaint.. whatever.. this is something that I came up with that I think looks pretty cool.. what can you do with yours? Have fun here.

That is no manipulation, that is just converting to a negative.

Below, three images taken at Shenandoah Junction, WV, all within the same hour, made to look like the same moment.

I caught wind of that shot earlier, before I registered here.
It's phenomenal. No one would have ever guessed.
And they say power corrupts - looks like you've mastered some
digital manipulation tricks.

I think I'll toy around with that - I've come to start taking photos of
locations that would have been cool if a train had showed - maybe I can start "filling" them in : ). Instead of memorial plaques, you might see tripod markers next to the Sandpatch and Black Rock Tunnel portals!

BTW - the negative "digital" manipulations were probably considered "digital" since they were most likely done "digitally". I don't think you were in any way being harsh, however.

Great photos on the site, BTW.

I've been toying with the idea of doing more digital manipulations, but furst I need the medium to work with which I need to work on too.
