Default Texas State Railroad rumour?

I was planning a trip to East Texas with some European friends to see some relatives and such, and also wanted to go to the Texas State Railroad. I am hearing rumours it might shut down for some "long"term repairs. is this true?
There is nothign on the website.

Thanks,

Ciao, and Hook 'em Horns,

Capt'n,

The Texas State Railroad has a new website now... check it out at http://www.texasstaterr.com. According to the website, it looks as if regular passenger service will resume the first weekend of November, although you may want to call or email them just to be sure.

Hope this helps,
Christian S.
