Interesting...... No automatic air brakes? If that happened in this country, there would be hell to pay. I am constantly amazed at how many places in the world really lack attention to detail, even when it comes to matters of life and death. Perhaps it's different here......because we are overrun with lawyers!
I am surprised that the "rocks on the track" trick worked. I would think that would have just caused a high speed derailment. Scary.
