Probably right on both counts. Tho, I wouldn't call it playing as The final step(of several) for hue was another layer to reduce the orange toward the street and ballast without affecting the engine.
Personally I didn't want to go that far, ie liked it warmer(and darker) but that is the rules I had to work with. It is not that I am not aware of the engine lights going too cool. Shooting a moving train with only street lights and no flash presents tradeoffs. I would note more places are going with street level LED(??) which are very cool temp wise.
