Leveling ain't easy!

The last three photos I submitted were all horribly off - between -0.225 and -0.550 degrees so my leveling skills are notoriously pathetic however the unlevelness of your image is apparent without the use of expensive calibration software tools nor the need to hire a levelness advisor /consultant.

Look at the roof line (the white lines under the roofs of the buildings) in the center of the image - then rotate just a hair further CCW so they line up 180 degrees.

I agree. You'd better go back to the site and engage the services of field survey crew with laser equipment. This level stuff is serious stuff. Don't try it without professional help.

By the way---it was a nice shot, no matter what the screeners did to you. Remember: it's more important to count the rivets than look at the train.

No, in fact you are THAT on. The screener(s) are wrong on this one. The problem is, the wide angle distortion is so bad that it gives the illusion of being unlevel. Take a look at the attached photo. The general "rule" for leveling a wide angle photo is to level in the dead center. The black line in the photo represents the dead center of the image. Compare that black line to the vertical on the side of the locomotive as well as the vertical of the building in the background.
