IF "bad angle" and "bad color" are next to each other as choices on the screener's window, then definitely a misclick; color is poor, all blue tint, the (allegedly ) gray hoppers, the yellow on the last engine. Auto Smart Fix in PSE does a decent job with it, perhaps you can do better.

I think it is bad angle because the lead engine is "going away", i.e. you can see the back of the long hood and the back of the cab... I know it's a bit of a stretch, but they are extremely picky with the angle stuff... what you need is a picture taken a few seconds before this one... and fix that color issue too. Looks like it was shot through a tinted window...
Thanks for the help. I adjusted the color problem and uploaded a shot, that was taken about five seconds before (when the train wasn't as far across the bridge).
