Default Worth another try?

This rainy shot got a 'poor lighting (dark)' rejection, as expected. I never have any success in getting low light (i.e. rainy or blue light) shots on rp... any point in trying this again? If so, suggestions on what to do?

I'd go a bit darker myself, but for RP, just I think it might look a bit better. RP is not good, in my view, in assessing marginal light shots.

I'd cut a bit off the top and right. For the top, gets rid of a big of bland/bright sky, on the right, gets rid of a fractional car. Not much can be done about the billboard.

Good suggestion on the cropping, thanks. I did that and barely raised exposure and recovered a bit of shadows and got it on.
