Default Poor Lighting-Cloudy Day Shots??

Can anyone tell me how this can be "Poor lighting, Cloudy Day" lighting conditions. Skies were nice and clear when I took this shot. All advice welcome!!

The contrast is low, and the colors need more saturation.

Light-Backlit and Light-Cloudy checkboxes on screeners checking screen are just side by side. . Wrong checkbox selected.

What Jim said, pretty much. Although I actually think a strong case could be made for the screener's rejection. In any event, the lighting is flat and dull. You shot on the Dark Side of the Train, which was the name of Pink Floyd's follow-up to Dark Side of the Moon. The cropping or framing leaves a lot to be desired. Nothing about this shot says, "Look at me!"
