Default cropping? hmmm, some help pls

uploaded this, rejected for cropping, so I took off some of the empty space, then it was rejected for not corrected, any help with what they meant?

It would be interesting to see the original reject. This photo is far too crowded. It is hard to get a handle on what model of loco it is at first. Always tag your remarks with re-crop, sharpened, etc...

Got a similar one accepted, sry....lol, thanks for the help anyways, and yes, that is the GG20B Green Goat for UP, it was at the California State RR Museum yesturday and today along with SD70ACe 8339. ES44AC 5498 for a "show and tell" to the Cal government, to show the government that the UP is doing their part to help the environment,with their TIER2 engines., Big surprise to a lot of peds today, BIG LARGE new power at the Museum, was quite an eye popper

I hope none of those units had the words "Under God" written on them anywhere with them being in CA...
