Default Re-submissions?

Hi, I'm a bit of a newbie (been here for about 2-3 weeks) and I have a question:

If a photo is rejected, can you re-submit the same photo after fixing it (i.e. brightening or sharpening)?

Thanks.

It probably means they don't take images with filenames that contain certain characters. However I have no idea specifically what characters those are. I know they allow underscores, but I don't know if they allow spaces.

As stated in other forums, screeners are only allotted one reason for a rejection. If there are more problems with a picture, be prepared to have them possibly rejected for other reasons as well.
