Default opinions/ help needed

Hello got hit for bad contrast/undershapened

The contrast you can do something, but you can't fix that softness.
I would say they were right on the rejection.

It appears you back-focused. The sharpest point in this particular photo is about where the third unit is in the consist, or even the bridge, ultimately leaving the lead locomotive out of focus, and as Dennis said it is not fixable via any amount of sharpening, so you are probably out of luck.

Reporting marks should be CSXT. Did you manual focus or let the camera?

Any digital camera in the world should have been able to focus on that train itself. I also agree with the other advice -- show us a bridge with a train on it, not a train on a bridge.
