Default Looking for grain

I had this rejected last night. I am at work and can't check the original but I am wondering if they are seeing the reflective part of the sign as grain?

I think they might see the textured/pitted wood at the top of the sign post as being grainy. I get the same rejection every now and again that are not grain but something that gives the impression of grain.

I can't see much in the way of grain, but the weeds/brush at the bottom seem to be a little over sharpened and it extends down to the snow area.

Thanks everyone. I will look the original over and see what I can do. I didn't sharpen it at all. I only cropped and resized this one.
