Im stuck 80 miles from a UP main and 105 from a BNSF line, w/o a car. The only trains I get are from here and YouTube

It's looking like rain all weekend over here. I still might head out, though. Of course, the day I go back to school (Monday) is scheduled to be sunny. I'm used to that.

I am watching my standing on my crew board, and expect to get a call early tomorrow morning. I have been making mostly runs down to Eugene lately.

Greetings to all--
Tomorrow, I get to play-- As a member of The Rail Museum of Oklahoma, I'll be joining the rest of the crew on our fall caboose run-- We own about 12 cabeese, and will make 4-12 mile round trips for the public-- Farm Rail graciously donates their power (GP-7's) to pull the train-- This year they have also provided 2 of their coaches as well-- This trip runs from Enid to Drummond-- In the spring, we have about a 45 mile trip to O'keene for their Rattlesnake Hunt festivities-- So I get to be a conductor twice a year-- If anybody would like further information, let me know-- Best Regards, da Gator

Railfanning plans? I have none. I had planned to mow my yard and play several rounds of golf this weekend (because there is more to life than trains), but the monsoon rains scratched that. Oh well. I guess I'll just stay home, drink a lot of beer, and watch a lot of football.

Plans for this weekend ........WORK! Which is a shame as there has just been some very interesting light effects as the sun goes down behind some clouds in North London.
Still can't complain too much as I am preparing some pictures from last weekend in Austria to submit to RP when I get home. Next weekend will be spent in Switzerland and the weekend after that in Portugal, then it will be back to work for a rest
