Default Help with overexposed rejection

Later afternoon sun seems to make colours pop a bit but I can't see the over-exposed. Do I need to just reduce the gamma of the entire shot a bit a bit. Too much and the shot looks too dark to me. Just a little may not be enough for screener. Or is there a particular area of the shot which looks over-exposed that I can adjust. I use ACD editing software which has some similar features of Elelments but not all.

Yeah, it's overexposed, especially the sky. The wires kind of blend in.

Darkened the sky using the Grumpy technique. See attachment...
