Yes and no. If you look at the hill line in the very back of the photo it is level and I assume that is what the photographer used for a reference. When I was there some time back I used a wide angle to get the presented view and my buildings were leaning - I'm guessing this might be the issue.

Sorry to disagree, but the horizon is not reliable for level (except for large bodies of water). The photo is "falling over" unlevel, and it's surprising that the screener missed it.
Also surprising is that management has not quietly deleted this thread (yet)!
