Default How To Sell A Lens?

I'm currently looking at purchasing a Canon 10-22mm lens very soon. That will give me a 10-22, 18-55, 24-105, and 55-250. Seeing that my two nice lenses will cover everything between 10-105mm (except 23mm), I think I should try to sell my 18-55.

This could be a tough sale as it's a pretty cheap lens already and most people have them. Seems there is lower demand for a lens like this. So where do you think I should try to sell and how much should I ask for? B&H will give me $45 for it.

Facebook? I just sold a camera on Facebook. I've sold lenses on Observation Car, too. These have all been deals with people that I've had ongoing internet interaction over a period of time and/or people I have met somewhere along the line. I price things to move and move they do.

I thought you were selling the 10-22. Damn.

Craiglist maybe or Ebay.

I've had good luck both buying and selling on Craigslist.

Craigslist isn't a bad choice. No listing fees.

If B&H will give you $45 for it, I'd let them take it. Not sure why they'd give you that much for it though.

I have as well. I've sold two lenses and 1 body on POTN, all with good results.
