Default Any Ideas

I got this rejected, (even though it's not the summer months) but I was wondering if anybody ever heard of this, or what is it for that matter, the reporting marks come back as Union Sugar Co. but I see it says works on it also

There s no USCX or USGX in the Equipment Register 4/08. The fact that it is not on its own wheels (and doesn't appear damaged) suggests it is not qualified for interchange

They tell me on another board that its a narrow gauge, (good reason it's not on it's own wheels) and that its US Gypsum of Plaster City, CA.
why would it be going east? and the word "works" doesn't make sense if it's US Gypsum?? I'm not convinced

Default Flatcar?

Nice to a see a working flatcar today, but a flatcar on a flatcar? Great find. Otherwise, I think that the lighting is fine, and since it is not a very common sight, it should be accepted.
