Default leveling assistance

Got bumped for unlevel. This image is heavily distorted (and I like it that way) so I tried to even out the leaning. Going off of the stanchions in the center of the image makes it seem crooked. Looking for suggestions of what to level off of.

Well, for starters, you could always level it and fix the distortion...

I don't see any distortion at all.

Anyways, it looks to me like the camera lens was tilted upward, in which case - as I understand - the leveling point shifts down in the image, giving us nothing really to work with here! Just by eyeballing it, though, it looks like it could use a bit of CCW. Do you also have any room at the top to play with? Looks to me like the top of the locomotive's nose could use a bit of breathing room.

Slight CCW rotation.

Thanks for the input, folks! I'll work the CCW rotation and see what happens. Jim, I will be keeping the distortion. I think it adds to the perspective and conveys the size of these horses. Besides, the version you submitted makes the gp30 look like it has a bent frame. :P (if been told my rear is also intelligent). Jacques, I appreciate the info. I do not have more room to work with. There were quite a few people moving around so I kept close to the equipment to "crop" out the mess on location.

I know. It was a quick edit while mildly intoxicated. Besides, a perspective-corrected version using the full size file would look much better.

A minor point: to my eye the distortion doesn't help, seems a bit annoying, because there is too little of it to make it seem intentional. So I don't see that contributing to the sense of size.

Sort of like the difference between a bit of unlevel, because sloppy, and a lot of unlevel, to make a dramatic angle.

I agree with correcting for distortion. The original image has too much gravel in it for my tastes.
