The train is centered vertically. It needs to go up or down to around the thirds level.

Take it up. The sky is too plain to warrant more of it. Looks like a color issue too.

Yep to blue and trim the left and top so its at the 1/3 line somewhat. Post the fixed shot here before uploading. Snow is white but shows as blue in photos as it reflects mostly blue light. (Sky)

Needs a bit more to the front of the train, Kind of a dead shot color wise. Needs a tractor or something to fill space?

Maybe try something like this. You also need to adjust your exposure. It seems overexposed.
