Question Is this blurry?

Do you think the screener was in a hurry or using a mobile device? It looks blurry to me.

Just saw this image and thought the very same thing. Not sure if it was a missed focus, or what, but it is defiantly not sharp. But the submitter managed to get it accepted, so kudos to him… I guess…
