Default Straighten up color issues, and potential ones

I will admit that I have color blindness, and that has affected getting a lot of shots in. What can I do to adjust the color with these shots? I have trouble knowing "natural blue" at times, and when there are a mix of clouds and blue sky, it can be even tougher for me to know "natural colors"

Does the attached shot have a chance at getting in? Im sure the color is still off. Going off topic a little, I submitted this one, but a different cropped version but it was hit with obstructing objects(the bushes probably the main obstruction, and bad contrast). thank you for any feedback.
