Default Unlevel Horizon

Hey group, got a rejection that kinda got me head scratching here, the first rejection was legit, it was unlevel so I went back into photoshop to correct it so here's the 1st link anyways.

Here is try number 2 and again hit with the same rejection, I used the grid to level it out and the support pillars look level in my eyes.

Any suggestions ? Maybe another 0.1 CCW ?

The pillars get wider as they go down, so i wouldn't use that. It looks like you're pretty much at the same level as the track so I would use that as a level horizon. The tree line in the background would be pretty much level across also. Give that a try and see what happens.

I'll give it another go, thanks Chris.

Edit : So here's the final edited shot which I leveled as you suggested with the track.
