Default Blurry?

It looks fine to me, but I'm sure there is a good reason behind this rejection. Could somebody please help me out here? Thank you.

Would sharpening it help or should I just go out and try the shot again?

Try it again, but the shot is also backlit.

That pretty much covers it. In other words, at that time of day you should shoot trains moving in the opposite direction.
