Default Things we take for granted?

While the black and white "Thoroughbred's" are common place in their own territory (like my turf) its seems people cannot get enough of these detoured ponies. I'm not sure (barring charters) that I have ever seen the same train ever photographed so much. While these GP's are a fading bred, I guess the qty of them in the same place and where they are has garnered so much attention.?
Thoughts? Just something to talk about since things are dead here on the forums.

It's not about the locomotives - it's about them being where they don't normally go.

What Doug typed. I assume that NS wasn't a frequent guest of the Vermont railway prior to the Hoosac Tunnel issue.
