Default Does This Going Away Shot Have Any Chance??

I don't normally do going away shots, but I found this in my file and decided to work on it for RailPictures. So, does this shot have and chance and intrest in it? Comments?

The only way to find out is upload it. The lead loco's don't look in focus though on here, and it's an HD screen so little can cheat by it . The angle is common for a common "coming towards you shot" and it's still common for me for this going away shot. Black and white works for it, but not enough industrial background. It doesn't feel balanced either.
