Don't even try to fix it Jim, they'll just reject it agian for "common power on a cloudy or overcast day".

Maybe if you had got it just as the loco was being crushed by a 1:1 locomotive, it would have made it in!

Of course there would have been other issues to deal with.

Doesn't appear to have rear end or cabside handrails.Maybe it was a junker and there will be photos of a 1-1 crushing it somewhere.

I think something like this might work if you found a double track and had a model loco on one set of tracks and a real train on the other set of tracks. Although you might still get hit with a bad angle. Ho scale might look better on the rails than N scale though.
