Default Amtrak on New England Central Line?

Saturday While at work I saw two Amtrak Genesis Units ( at least I think they were Genesis units), pulling a single passenger car on the New England Central line north through Norwich, CT. The Car was Royal blue with the word "Georgia" on the top, and a passenger sitting on the back porch. Does anyone know what this was and where it was going?

Is this the car you're talking about?

According to the site, it's a 1930 Pullman lounge thatís been converted to a private business car by the Georgia RR. What it's doing up here in CT I haven't a clue, but it might be interesting to find out.

CUDA7185,

Yes thats it.Thanks.

I was talking to a guy at my firehouse who works for New England Central and he said that it was a private charter form Florida. The one guy I saw on the porch chartered it fo rthe trip and back. He is living my dream.
