Default Christmas Cards

I was curious to know if anyone here ties in their train photography with their annual Christmas card? I thought it'd be kind of neat to share my work unobtrusively with family/friends, and holiday cards are always fun, so, after receiving spousal approval, it's been decided that we'll be sending out a pile of postcards with this image on the front:

If anyone should happen to like one, please shoot me a private message with your name/address and I'll send one to you.

Merry Christmas!

I love putting really fake christmas tree gifs on top of cabs in snow shots.
I don't think the girls I give them to enjoy them quite as much...

We're using this one this year with the tag 'Holiday Express':

Last year my family used a couple of my steam shots to make cards for family. This was one of them, though I can't remember the other.

A Christmas card photo without snow, that just seems immoral.

I'll take my chances at the Pearly Gates. It would truly be immoral of it were a UP train...

Shouldn't the picture have your family in it also? Maybe photoshop it in.

As far as snow...what would those do who live in Hawaii or Austrailia?

That is a personal pet peeve of mine. I want nice images/art on my mantle. We do a nice card and enclose a photo in the envelope.

As I commented three years ago and I still think this one would be my favorite for a Christmas card!

An Australian Christmas Card really needs a beach or a BBQ on it because we don't see a drop of snow. These images capture the dry landscape.

The Australian Santa wears a singlet, shorts and thongs and we eat cold meat and salad for Lunch with the air-conditioning blazing.

What you really need is some hottie in a bikini wearing a Santa hat, a dirty Interurban Multiple Unit, a sponge, a bucket full of suds and a Gold Coast Station for half an hour ...

Who's got their camera now?

Points to coupler, "You missed a spot!"

I've decided that I'm going to put my shots of the CP Holiday train on a card. It damn well better be worth it, for once I'm going to have to put trains ahead of girls. Ugh!

The first one IMO.

Also regarding putting yourself / family on your Christmas cards, I have always viewed this as being rather pretentious - usually the preserve of the likes of our Royal Family.
