Default Bad Cropping - Again...

A while back, I tried this shot, and it received a bad cropping rejection. I have let it set and am just now getting back to it, and I would like some input on where I am going wrong. I attached the rejected cropped version as a file since I do not have a rejection link.

Any help is appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Nice shot - for RP I'd work on a way to get the subject less centered vertically in the scene.

Mitch, do you think the space on the left is an issue? Its not illuminated and it may be a little loose. Thoughts?

I put the locomotive just a little higher in the frame, but I just still don't quite know...

I think you should be going in the other direction. Cut off some stuff on the left and keep the streaks on the right.

I vote for the redo. Those "orbs" in the original were an issue for me. You may want to try to bring the brightness on the lights and number boards so they aren't quite so blinding too. I need to ask, what is that on the porch?
