Default Bad Color

Before I submit this one, I (obviously) wanted to eliminate the blue tinge from between the Viewliners. Trouble is: It looked in reality like it does in the first attachment. I don't like the orange overlay for the second one but I don't know how to fix it. Any ideas?

Sorry but the color is the least of your worries. Its poorly composed and you have too much foreground. Just not interesting enough for me.

Ya you would need to cut off the road in front of you.

I was concerned about the composition but I wanted to deal with the bad color first. I guess I'll keep this one for the personal archives and keep trying. For those of you with an AMTK that stops local but at night what do you mainly do to capture it (Chase or someone?)?

Hope that they stop the units in a good spot under some lights.
If you want to try a partial streak like this, try and get a shot at the station with the train departing. This shot has no context, just some partially blurred viewliners with a bunch of boring foreground.

I am reviving this thread, because there will be a Private Car on the end of the Amtrak tonight. What do y'all suggest I do to capture it?

There won't be any way to tell it's a private car if you shoot another streak.

Catch it stopped at a station perhaps.

I would catch it there, but not do the coming streak. Just with it stopped.
