How do I fix this color? Not sure which way to go.

You may want to take more time using the channel mixer, but I did a 10 second edit by using the black dropper in my levels and placing it in the dark area above the rear truck of the loco. It seems to have gotten rid of a loot of the yellow cast, but you may want to work a little harder than I did.

IMO, I'd do some cropping on the left too, getting rid of the left most light, but keeping the moonlit clouds. Just a personal opinion, so take it for what it is worth.

I'm thinking it looks flat........ lacking "pop"-needs more contrast and maybe some hue adjustment in the blue?

I think this is where I need to get to, just not sure how

Needs some saturation to start with.

I realized I was going about this all wrong-I opened in ACR, cooled the temperature a bit and did my brightening and contrast there. After opening the image, I reduced the yellow and overall saturation. Is the attached right?

I like how the moon seams to be sitting on the clouds. I also think the tree branches take away from it. I wonder if you got low to pull the moon part in closer some how. I'm not sure what lens you would use, but I bet it be be a real cool looking shot. All the junk on the platform looks kind of detracting.

Thanks Chris-I'll take a look at a looser crop to diminish the platform junk and cut off more of the tree branches. I still see this version as a little dark. Is contrast on the loco side too high? I wish I had taken a couple of shots at f8...

It looks like its either diminish the station junk(loose) or crop off the tree branches(tight).

The photo looks better. It may or may not make it on RP. The right side is a hair tight and that fence and crap in front of the waiting area really kill the photo. The moon and sky is really great and will be the only thing that gets the photo in. The tree branch alone I can live with but the garbage along with the branch kinda kill it.
