I've shot lightning before a few times. Use a cable or remote release if you have one. I always used as high as an f-stop as I could and never had a need to raise the ISO since its a long exposure. I'd either set the camera to 30 seconds or held it open until the lightning hit.

That's the very basics though. Might want to wait for the more experienced to chime in.

I like your shot, btw.

EDIT: Reading Loyds comment, I'd go with his advice on the exposure. I was just trying to get the lightning and nothing else.
