Levelness: it needs slight CW rotation to get bridge supports vertical

Cropping: go for 3:2 ratio, keep the interesting tree in the right and crop out the train in the left. Keep the bridges in upper third of the pic (the water is much more interesting than nearly empty sky).

Contrast: it needs quite a lot of it. It looks like you shot this photo through dirty window now.

I tried a bit of editing
- cropping
- contrast increase with curves
- selective darkening of sky
- selective sharpening of everything else
