Properly lit? The sun is full and directly over the photographer's shoulder, and the shadows are long enough to indicate that the sun is not too high. I'm curious how you would improve the lighting.

I do think that the scene needs to be leveled, and minor distortion correction added. As for the shadows, other than back by the signal bridge, they're not on the subject, and don't find them particularly objectionable. As Kevin said, they could be lightened a little.
