What do the six (current) votes for "only when there is reason" tell you about how often people appeal rejections (the goal of this thread)? Nothing at all. They could fell "there is a reason" five percent of the time or 80 percent of the time, but you'll never know.

If anything its hurting the thread by giving people an "easy out."
