Overall I like the attempt. It comes close but no cigar.

If the far truck had been centered, the picture would be much better. As it is, the far truck being "touched" as it were, hurts the composition.

In B&W, all you really have is exposure and contrast. While I think high contrast can work on many B&W's, I think it is hurting here.

Also the foreground is a jumble. Not sure what else to say.
