I think that it's a strange rejection reason for the photo. Obstruction would be more consistent with other rejections that I've received/seen. I would also expect a going away rejection.

It may have been a factory 427, but the tachometer on the dash and the narrowed rear/racing tires indicate that the "original" aspect of this car has long ago been lost in favor of the drag strip.
